Andrew and Neil most helpful staff we came across in Thailand. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They organized everything for us. Thank you for making our trip in Phuket so enjoyable

The rooms were clean and so were the baths. But the best aspect was the location - the close proximity to Bangla street and the ease of access from the main nightlife areas as arranging transport in Phuket late in the night is difficult as well as extremely expensive. By staying here, we had no hassles as it is a 5-10 minute walk from the best areas in Patong and the beach.

my room was spacious and it was quite big for the three of us.decoration are quite modern and in comparison to any budget hotel i found out that this is far more refreshing.the detail of the decor reflect great effort of the hotel management to give the best to everyone.facilities in the room of eletrick kettle, flat LCD,dvd player, freezer . Mr andrew the owner was very nice, very freindly.upon arrival we were given welcoming drink..refreshing orange juice.i just sip it since i am not fond of cold drink.this hotel have also free wifi...It was an amzing to experience booking through PT travel for the cabaret show and given the gold seat...in the first row....so do the other show booked through Mr Andrew... location is very near to Juncylon mall and quite near to Bangla Road. This area is much quieter than the other part of patong area.Nearby are eating stall, atm for tourist, massaging parlour... very convinience ..for travellers in group or with family....about 10 minutes walk to the beach.
i dont have anything against this Guesthouse.

The Loveli Boutique Guesthouse is in one very central street, in the immediate surroundings there is a 24h convenience store, morning fresh food market (veggies, fish, ...) and evening food market (local street cooks on motorbikes) where locals go to eat (1-3 euros for each dish). The main mall is in walking distance and it's a very useful place. Bangla Road (nightlife) and the beach are ~10 minutes walking. There is a separate night entrance with electronic keys to use from 11pm to 9am when the reception is closed. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated, with confortable bathroom and really all comforts: safe, air conditioned, clothes hanger, closet, desks, big mirror, tea and coffee maker, ...) Andrew, the manager of the guesthouse and of a travel agency, is long hours at his desk, he helped us enormously to have a great vacation in Phuket island, booking for us day tours and taxi to the airport. Don't hesitate to ask his advice, he knows perfectly the area, has good connections and knows how to get the best service at cheaper price! He was also very very helpful and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, including changing our room at arrival with a less noisy one, providing beach towels and much more! He really takes care of his guests!
The street might be very busy a times of cars and many many scooters and the noise unfortunately gets to the room facing the street. Be prepared that the guesthouse is just a collection of autonomous rooms without almost any common area, so if you'll meet any other guests it will be for few seconds in the stairs (no elevator). The place is ideal for people looking for their privacy and autonomous night entrance. All meals can be done in your room or very cheaply outside.

Good location, cheap and nice staff. Thank you Andrew!
There are too many mosquitoes in the room and make me wake up from time to time.

Everything was great, the staff are so friendly and helpful. We arranged our ferry tickets with them. The room is a lovely design, very large, very comfy bed and cold air con and hot shower. The tv had several English channels and you could borrow DVDs to watch. The location is perfect, 5 min from all the nightlife, surrounded by places to eat, next door to 7-11 and 8 min to the beach. Very quiet at night, very very clean room. Fantastic hotel.
Nothing at all, it was great .

Good location. The guys that run this place are great - very friendly and helpful, one of them is British. The reception area was actually a travel agent so they can help with booking tours/flights/buses - all that stuff. Room was clean but bathroom was dodgy.
Only complaint was that for the price we paid, we could've done much better. Maybe it was because we stayed when it was close to Christmas, but we travelled through Thailand for the whole of December, and this place was the worst value for money, in comparison to all the other places we stayed in, in Koh Samui, Koh Phi Phi, Bangkok, Chiang Mai.

Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, handy having a travel agency downstairs, close to shops and night food market, 10-15 minute walk to the beach
Our only gripe was that we booked a deluxe double solely for the fact it had a balcony, which does cost a little extra. When we arrived and paid up, despite our receipt from the hotel saying we were in a deluxe, we were put in a room without a balcony. On their website, and on Booked.net, it clearly states that all deluxe rooms come with a balcony and spacious bathroom. Our room had neither! We checked with the staff, and they told us that our room was indeed a deluxe, but they thought we'd prefer to be at the back of the hotel where it was quiet, even though we didn't mention anything about this. We just didn't appreciate being fobbed off with this excuse when we had paid for the more expensive room with balcony. Or if this genuinely was the case, then the description of their rooms need to be changed, and they shouldn't put that all the deluxe's come with balcony when they don't. In their defence, when we queried it, they did then give us the option to move rooms to one with a balcony. We declined after seeing the room, as the 'balcony' was only big enough for one person at a time! Also, all the balcony rooms are on a busy main road, so it is very noisy. The room we ended up staying in at the back on the 3rd floor was lovely and quiet. Our advice, don't bother paying the extra for the balcony room.
